2.  Model Rules for Fee Arbitration

Amends the ABA Model Rules for Fee Arbitration to reflect sound practices that have developed in several fee arbitration programs since the Model Rules were adopted in 1995. 3.  Model Relocation of Children Act

Adopts the ABA Model Relocation of Children Act which provides procedures and factors for courts to consider when deciding issues of relocation of children following divorce or determination of paternity, including: (1) notice to the other parent; (2) procedures for objection; (3) standards for the court to apply; and (4) remedies. 7.  Uniform Certificate of Title Act for Vessels

The Uniform Certificate of Title Act for Vessels establishes a certificate of title system for boats and other watercraft. The act also includes some rules on the priority of security interests in a vessel. All of these rules are consistent with those in Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
