The conference facilitators will set up Velcro compatible poster boards to the rear of the Rita Kelly Conference Centre. Velcro tabs will be provided on the day.

Posters are required to be A1 size.

  • Set up time: morning of conference between 08.00-09.00hrs.
  • Poster presentation: ongoing throughout the day (official coffee & lunch break time).
  • Prize giving: at the end of the day, following the closing remarks.
  • Dismantling time: following the conference.

It is expected that poster presenters will be present at their posters to answer questions from conference attendees during the Welcome Reception and Coffee & Lunch Breaks – times to be confirmed.

Poster competition winners(s) will be announced by Patricia Hughes, Director of Midwifery & Nursing following the closing remarks.
