2010 VENDOR INFORMATION

What is provided:

  • We will have enough room for your RV and vending tables-please specify size needed.
  • Overnight camping for vendors only.
  • A dumpster and garbage cans/bags will be provided, please use them.
  • Electricity will be provided by the tribe, you will need to bring your own (heavy duty) extension cord.
  • There will be three toilets provided, (one handicapped) by the new ball field
  • A parking lot for vendors, disabled and elderly will be provided by the committee. Just follow the green arrows all the way down Witay Road, past the ball field (it’s not that far). All other vehicles will need to park in the Tribal Office Parking lot or along route 190.
  • All vehicles need to be off the ball field by 9 am each day.
  • Security will be provided from 9 pm to 5 am by Joe McLaughlin. If you need assistance, you may call him on his cell at 214-6715. The Pleasant Point Police Dept. will still be available for all other complaints that involve breaking of any laws or ordinances on reservation. Their number is 853-6100. For EMERGENCIES YOU MUST USE 911.

  • No plastic toys, faux stuff or carnival atmosphere items allowed. Let’s keep to the natural as much as possible.
  • Sorry no water available. Although there is an outdoor water faucet at the Tribal Office. See map.
  • Please bring your own vending tables, canopy and chairs.
  • Tenting out is allowed within the ball field for vendors only–no camp fires or vehicles.
  • This is an alcohol & drug free event, any violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
  • If you are bringing a pet, please keep them leashed. Do not allow your pet to relieve themselves within in ball field. Take them to the opposite side of the fence.
