On behalf of The North of England Pain Medicine Group, it is a pleasure to invite you to attend the 9th Annual North of England Pain Medicine Group meeting on Friday, 19 May 2017 at Cedar Court Hotel, Huddersfield.
This meeting is designed to provide the multi-disciplinary chronic pain team (consultants, specialist registrars, psychologists, specialist nurses and physioterapists) in the area of pain management, with specific information related to the medical management of patients with chronic pain conditions.
This meeting is likely to be approved for 5 CPD points by the Royal college of Anaesthetists, London.
All delegates wishing to attend this meeting are asked to return the attached Registration Form and enclose a cheque made payable to “North England Pain Group” to the value of £25.00. Upon receipt of your completed Registration Form and cheque, we will confirm your place. Places will be offered on first come first serve basis. Unfortunately due to changing circumstances we have not been able to confirm sponsorships for the meeting and this year we will be charging £25 towards registration for the meeting to cover catering costs.
Following last year’s successful poster competition there will be another opportunity for Poster Presentation this year too. Strictly A3 (29.7cmx42cm) size only will be accepted for presentation Please confirm the details of any poster being presented before Friday 05 May 2017.
