Terms and Conditions
Exhibitor Stand Specifics:
All stands are in the main exhibition hall with a 3m wide x 3m tall space inclusive of 6ft x 2ft trestle table to display company information & marketing material.
Important: If your back drop exceeds this space then you will be charged extra.
Seating will be provided for two company representatives within your exhibition space and lunch & refreshments will be provided for them. All other representatives must attend as delegates with booked places.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing at the BABICM office. A refund of the payment, less 30% processing charge will be made if you cancel your booking on or before 13th May 2018. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitution of delegates may be made at any time, without cost, by contacting the BABICM administrators. ()
Accommodation:
This can be booked directly with St. Johns Hotel on reservations line 0121 712 7601 and quote ‘BABICM’. Accommodation rate is £119 B&B.
Please note car parking is available at the venue and at a NCP car park a 5 minute walk away.
