  1. All the room rates are quoted in NTD and areinclusive 5% VAT government tax, 10% service charge and free one or two breakfast.Airport transfer is excluded.

  1. Hotel Cancellation / No Show

Cancellation received 15~31 days before check-in date / 35% of 1 night room rate will be charged
Cancellation received 8~14 days before check-in date / 50% of 1 night room rate will be charged
Cancellation received 1~7 days before check-in date
Cancellation received on check-in date or no-show / 100% of 1 night room rate will be charged
  1. Tour Cancellation / No Show

Cancellation received 15~31 days before tour date / 35% of the listed tour fee will be charged
Cancellation received 8~14 days before tour date / 50% of the listed tour fee will be charged
Cancellation received 1~7 days before tour date
Cancellation received on tour date or no-show / 100% of the listed tour fee will be charged
  1. The refund will be made through your credit card, and a copy of receipt will be provided.
