No. / What Did You Like? / What Could be Improved? / Recommendations for the Future? / Other Comments / Name (Optional) /
1 / ·  A lot of great information from a field of experienced professionals. / ·  The information was drowned out.
·  Also, the vendors don’t see as much traffic as they should.
·  This event needs more advertisement! / ·  Discuss similar vendor products in order to compare / contrast. / ·  Holiday Inn was great.
·  Next year I would recommend 1-2 hours sessions for each topic in both advanced and basic levels so that repeating attendees can attend multiple sessions. / Kyle Durand
EQT Production Co.
2 / ·  I liked having the sessions on a campus – It provided a nice atmosphere.
·  I liked the small scale and the vendor participation / ·  Add parking locations and highlight building locations on campus map.
·  Provide better directions to parking
·  Add signage from parking to registration.
·  Maybe add a parking attendant for the morning? / ·  Utica Shale
·  AL Economics course
·  Surface techniques for dewatering (compression, pumps, etc.)
·  Failure frequency improvement / ·  Maybe hold the sessions in either Pittsburgh or Columbus next time?
·  Easier access may improve attendance.
3 / ·  I liked the college campus, location and Rick Hornsby’s workshop. / ·  Poor communications, branding, marketing and website by ALRDC.
·  Operator attendance.
·  Turnout, turnout, turnout.
·  We should have cancelled the conference earlier based on number of confirmed attendees registered.
·  Cost of workshop training is expensive - $350 / ·  I feel very bad for the vendors who spent lots of time and money to attend this conference.
·  It’s embarrassing as a vendor to sit and be bored in addition to it being a waste of time.
·  It’s a total loss for the vendors – they deserve a ROI - based on booth traffic but there was hardly anyone interacting at their booths. / ·  I was very disappointed with the attendance turnout for this event.
·  $700 is not worth the value for this conference and this does not even include travel expenses.
·  Holiday Inn Express was not great.
·  Hampton Inn was sold out.
·  I would not attend this conference again.
·  ALRDC should apologize to all who attended this conference and offer some kind of refund.
Editor’s comments.
In my mind, this person is way off base. It is true that attendance was not good and therefore, if we hold this Workshop again, we’ll move it to another location.
But, the courses were excellent, the breakout discussions were informative, the technical presentations were excellent, the panel discussions were challenging, and the technical exhibits were excellent. The cost of this Workshop is a bargain for those who took advantage of all of the offerings. All who helped to teach, present, coordinate, and exhibit did an excellent job.
If this person or any other didn’t get value for their money, the fault is with them, not with the people who provided this excellent learning opportunity.
4 / ·  There were some different papers than we saw in Denver but not all operations papers were related to the geographic area. / ·  More attendees.
·  Especially field engineers from operators / ·  / ·  It appears emphasizing gas well deliquification is not a driver here in the east where a lot of gas fields do not have liquid loading issues.
·  I think we should emphasize horizontal well artificial lift and move the location to a major city.
·  We should also put schools and tech presentations in the same building as the exhibits. / Norm Hein
