SUMMER SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM

Each year, GUST offers its students a limited number of competitive Summer Scholarships to enrich their academic experience through international study abroad. Summer scholarships awarded by GUST covers tuition up to (6 Academic Credit Hours) at University of Missouri-St. Louis and a support allowance.

To be considered for UMSL Summer Scholarship, student must meet the following eligibility requirements:

o  Be a full-time GUST student.

o  Have completed 60 credits.

o  Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0, or higher.

o  Hold a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based), or

79-80 (internet-based).

Applicants are required to submit the following documents to the Office of Academic & International Affairs (Room W2-207) by February 15th, 2018 (unless otherwise stated):

o  Completed application.

o  A personal interest essay.

o  Two letters of recommendation.

o  An official GUST transcript.

o  A copy of a recent TOEFL score (valid for 2 years since date test was taken).
