THE CHURCH IS LOCATED AT 27TH & JOHNSON IN NORTHEAST MINNEAPOLIS – A DESIGNATED ART DISTRICT WITH CONVENIENT ACCESS TO 35W AND CONSIDERABLE DRIVE-BY TRAFFIC.

THIS IS A JURIED SHOW. ALL ITEMS FOR SALE MUST BE HANDCRAFTED BY THE VENDOR AND BE OF GOOD QUALITY. NO IMPORTS. FRIENDS CAN SHARE A BOOTH.

SET-UP BEGINS AT 7:00 AM. INDOOR BOOTHS MAY ALSO BE SET UP ON FRIDAY NIGHT. AN ELEVATOR IS AVAILABLE.

THERE ARE THREE BOOTH OPTIONS.

ELECTRICITY IS AVAILABLE FOR INDOOR BOOTHS ONLY ($10 FEE). TABLES ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CHURCH FOR $10 EACH. LUNCHES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. OUTDOOR BOOTHS REQUIRE YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN CANOPY.

APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE CRAFT SHOW COMMITTEE. PARTICIPANTS FROM PREVIOUS YEARS ARE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTED. ACCEPTED ARTISTS WILL BE NOTIFIED SHORTLY AFTER THE COMMITTEE MEETS. THE COMMITTEE IS AWARE THAT MANY ARTISTS WORK IN THE SAME MEDIUM, ALTHOUGH STYLES MAY DIFFER. THE COMMITTEE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO HAVE DIVERSITY AND QUALITY IN OUR SHOW.

INDOOR BOOTHS WILL BE PLACED THROUGHOUT THE CHURCH BUILDING IN SEVERAL AREAS. BECAUSE THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPACES AVAILABLE INSIDE, WE URGE ARTISTS WHO WISH TO BE INSIDE TO RETURN THEIR APPLICATION ASAP. WE DO ENCOURAGE ARTISTS TO RENT SPACES OUTSIDE. THE BOOTHS ARE VERY VISIBLE FROM THE STREET AND ATTRACT CUSTOMERS.

WE ACCEPT LAST MINUTE ADDITIONS TO OUR SHOW, SUBJECT TO THE SAME APPLICATION PROCESS. IT IS LIKELY THAT LAST MINUTE ADDITIONS WILL BE PLACED OUTSIDE OR IN A ROOM OTHER THAN THE MAIN HALL.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO CANCEL, WE NEED TO BE CONTACTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ANY CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SHOW WILL HAVE A $20 CANCELLATION FEE PER BOOTH TAKEN FROM YOUR REFUND.
