CHECK-IN and EXHIBITOR PASSES- Please check in at the Show Office sometime during move-in and receive your Exhibitor Passes. Per your contract, a maximum of four permanent interchangeable Exhibitor Passes per first booth display (with two for each additional booth), and pro rata for displays occupying bulk space will be issued.
EXHIBITOR DISCOUNT TICKETS (Admission – any time during Show) - Exhibitors may purchase Box Office Discount Tickets in lots of ten (10) tickets for $45.00 in the Show office. This is one-half the Box Office ticket price. Tickets may be purchased in advance from: Cox/Johnson Corporation, 10330 Regency Parkway Drive - Omaha, NE 68114 or on-site during Show Office hours. Mail orders (with check enclosed and received before Wednesday, February 13) will be mailed prior to the opening of the Show. Orders paid for and received after February 13 will be held for pick up at the Cox/Johnson Show Office at the CenturyLink Center anytime during Show hours.
These discount tickets will admit one adult during the Show. Exhibitors may use these tickets for employees, family, or customers. Tickets must be paid for when purchased and must be purchased in lots of ten (10). Cash/checks (only) payable to: Cox/Johnson Corporation (no credit cards). THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON ANY UNUSED EXHIBITOR BOX OFFICE DISCOUNT TICKETS.
PARKING PASSES - Exhibitors may purchasediscounted parking passes for Lot D (immediately north of the building): $6.00 per day (regularly $8.00) or
$24.00 for a four-day pass (Thursday-Sunday).
With this daily pass displayed in the window you can come and go without having to pay another parking fee that day. These passes may be purchased at the Show Officeanytime during Move-In or Show hours.Cash/checks (only) made payable to: Cox/Johnson Corporation (no credit cards).
LOADING DOCKS - Docks for unloading/loading are on the east side of the CenturyLink Center Omaha. After unloading your exhibit/materials, please move your vehicles out of this area and into Parking Lot D as quickly as possible. We ask everyone’s cooperation in this matter. At 4:00 pm Thursday all vehicles in the loading dock area will have to be moved into Parking Lot D.
If you are planning on purchasing the discounted parking passes, we suggest you do so prior to 4:00 pm on Thursday (February 21).
