SPECIAL STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS ONLY.

Please provide winter work order prior to haul out. (See attached sheet)

All sailboats must be unrigged for storage All boats winterized by yard must be commissioned by yard in the spring.

Holding tanks must be empty and flushed prior to storage. All boats stored inside must be winterized by the yard.

Balance will be due when billed. Deposits are not refundable. Wet storage is payable in advance of boat occupying slip.

No boat will be hauled unless F. L. Tripp and Sons, Inc. yard at Westport has a completed, signed contract with deposit, and copy of proof of insurance.

I have read and accept the terms and conditions as provided on the reverse side of this storage agreement for 2017-2018.

Enclosed is 50% of the storage feedue September 18, 2017.
