Synopsis, preferably, should be of about 4-5 pages. The content should be asbrief as is sufficient enough to explain the objective and implementation ofthe project that the candidate is going to take up. The write up must adhereto the guidelines and should include the following:

3. Why is the particular topic chosen?

4. Objective and scope of the project

Definethe conceptual, analytical, experimental and/or methodological boundaries within which theexercise has been carried out.

5. Functional Features of the project

Definethe functionality of the project in points.

6. Methodology (including a summary of the project)

The process of the whole software system proposed, to be developed, should be mentioned in brief. This may be supported by DFD's / Flowcharts to explain the flow of the information.

7. Hardware & Software to be used

The resources might be in form of tools and technologies used.

8. Testing Strategies used

9. What contribution would the project make?

Clearly bring out not only advantagesarising out of the work to be presented in the project but also give limitations of the work.

10. References (Research Paper or Algorithms)

11. Suggestion of Guide Name.
