Accelerated Programme Closure Form
Faculty:
This form should be completed to close programmes which have no registered students (including programmes whose students have all transferred to another programme)and for which there are no outstanding offers or deferred offer holders.
  • Steps 1 – 5 should be completed by the Director of Programmes (or nominee).
  • Steps 6 and 7 should be completed by the Faculty Academic Registrar following consideration of the proposal by the Faculty Executive Group (FEG) or equivalent and approval by the relevant Faculty Programmes Committee (FPC).
  • Step 8 should be completed by the Faculty Academic Registrar and CQA Team Leader.

8.Internal Communications

Once approval to close or suspend a programme has been granted, the Lead Faculty’s Faculty Academic Registrar should notify the following people about the decision. Confirm below that this notification has taken place
