Paul Lipton (Co-Chair): 1. In accordance with OASIS Technical Committee Process 2.13 <http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#voting>, the OASIS TOSCA TC allows motions to be made, seconded, and discussed electronically over the TC's mailing list.
2. The OASIS TOSCA TC co-chairs are allowed to hold electronic ballots via the TC's mailing list or via the TC's electronic balloting capability.

Paul Lipton (Co-Chair): A Simple Approach to Scribing (it's not hard):
1. Please change your name from "My Name (company)" to "My Name (Scribe)" in the chat room using the "Settings" button near the top.
2.The scribe uses the chat room to create the minutes (record motions and decisions, informal and votes). Adding some contextual information about the discussions is nice to add, too. Comments made by other TC members in the chat room will help.
3. After the meeting, the scribe extracts the minutes from the chat room into a document and appends the raw chat room log at the bottom of the draft minutes.
4. The scribe posts the document to Kavi (the OASIS collaborative environment). Specifically, post to the Documents section off our TC page in the Draft Minutes folder.
