Dear Parents,

Mark your calendars! Join us on Sunday, May 20 for our annual Marian Day celebration. Please make an effort to sell the raffle tickets that were sent home on March 29.

There are extra raffle tickets are available in the school office. This is the last fundraiser of the year. 100% will go towards your fundraising.

The students will be competing to see which class sells the most tickets! Here are the prizes:

1st place-In N Out and a movie (must sell a minimum of 1,000 tickets)

2nd place-TuttiFrutti (must sell a minimum of 500 tickets)

3rd place-Pizza lunch during lunch (must sell a minimum of 300 tickets)

The totals are posted on the PSG information board in front of Room B.

Last day for the contest is May 15. Good luck to all of the classrooms!!

1st place- Preschool- $660.00

2nd place- 3rd grade- $500.00

3rd place- 7th grade- $226.00

Let’s keep in our prayers the students who are making their First Holy Communion on Saturday. They will have their retreat on Wednesday. Blessings to all of you!

Credit/Debit Cards: Beginning April 9, 2018 we will no longer be accepting debit or credit cards due to the high fees that we are being assessed. We will accept checks or money orders/cashiers checks only. This doesn’t apply to those families who are paying with a credit card to Smart Tuition. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

●Registration paid in full after June 1st $550.00

OLP Basketball Clinic-There’s still time to sign up for the basketball clinic for ages 7-14. Registration forms are available on the school website.

Note that when you sign up to volunteer, we rely on you to be there so that we have enough parent volunteers to run a successful event.

Service Hours/Fundraising- Last day to complete your service hours & fundraising is Thursday, May 31.

An Invitation from the Filipino Council:

Santacruzan and Flores de Mayois a popular religious tradition of the Filipinos as an expression of love for our Blessed Mother. We need girls and young ladies to participate as “Reynas”, “Estrellas”, Angels and other characters. Boys too – as escorts and flower offerers. There will be rehearsal in the church on April 28 after the 5:30 PM Mass and April 29 after the 6:00 PM Mass. The event is on Saturday, May 5, 2018: Procession-4:30 PM; Mass-5:30 PM. Marian Day

We are asking parents to please donate the following items by Friday, May 11, 2018. For every $15.00 you spend, you can choose to put that towards your fundraising or receive a service hour. Your child/children will also receive a free dress pass. Please provide your receipt. Students will receive a free dress pass for Friday, May 18, 2018. Items donated must be new and sealed in its original packaging. Pleasebring the items to the school office.

●Soda cans 12/pk or 24/pk 12 oz. cans (coke, diet coke, sprite, root beer, pepsi)

●Ziploc bags-sandwich & gallon size

Gift cards to Costco or Smart & Final can also be donated. 100% will go to your fundraising or service hours ($15.00 per hour). This will help us purchase other items needed.
