Just wanted to follow up and check if you had to chance to discuss the next steps on our energy management product with Mr. Viney Singh and Mr. Arun Pillay. I had called Mr. Pillay a few days ago and he mentioned that the discussion is yet to happen.
Given that the summer has kicked off, we would like to deploy our product at the earliest and help you drive energy efficiency and sustainability.

Hope you are doing well.
As you are aware, Zenatix has completed a pilot at 4 of Fabindia’s stores and we are waiting to hear on the next steps. Deepak Prakash (copied) had mentioned that you will get back towards the last week of March as you are keeping quite busy (given your two chiefs are out). I just thought of summarizing below where our conversation currently stands with your team. I know you are very busy but if it helps, I can come over to meet you in person for about 30 minutes and explain everything in detail.
Discussion Summary
Pilot deployment done at 4 stores in Delhi NCR (Vasant Kunj, GK-1, Lajpat Nagar and Gurgaon)
Business case (highlighting the cost benefit) was shared with Ajay Kapoor and Arun Pillay. They have been very supportive through out the pilot.
Both Ajay and Arun understand the benefits and are keen to extend the deployment to 60-70 stores to begin with
However, they also mentioned that this requires CEO’s approval, who unfortunately is out of action due to health reasons
Given the summer has kicked off and the energy bills will start shooting up, Fabindia should leverage the maximum benefit of our product by giving us a go-ahead for deployment at the earliest. A simple extrapolation of energy savings from 4 stores to your 200 stores indicates a saving potential of Rs. 3.64 lakhs on a weekly basis ($5,500), so we will lose $5,500 for every week we delay.

We help customers deploy automated energy data collection (real-time data) & automatically control AC/signage loads at their respective stores without any human intervention.
