Figures slightly up for Stanford; ABH 4; Arson 1, not sure what this was; Assault 4;

Burglary dwelling 1; Burglary other 3; Criminal damage dwelling 2; Criminal damage other 1

Criminal damage vehicle 3; Fraud nil; GBH with intent nil; Sexual assault nil; Theft from vehicle 2; Theft from person nil; Theft other 1; Shoplifting 2; vehicle 1. (Theft from?)

Some damage to vehicles, various areas so not linked; burglars still targeted, people are still leaving windows open.

Peter, motorcycle shop on The Green; revving engines up at workshop; environmental health dept.

Terry, Essex police to ask for extra powers for PCSO's?

4Public Forum, Funding Applications

a) The Hope Committee are going into hibernation. Have offered the charity and information stalls space at the Music Festival.

b) Music Festival 2012 debrief; and start up meeting for 2013; 15th January. Possible Tom Conway may be able to help with lights, fencing, stage etc.

5Correspondence.

a) Housing Officer asked to attend last year; if they wish to come could have some extra people.

b) Consultation; the Local Development framework: site options and allocations. Want to come to the Forum, 13th February.

6Future Planning, Advertising

a) Next item Forum meeting for planning; Peter to put something in the notice board

b) Planning meeting Thursday 17th, Squibb demolition. Terry to speak but someone from Wharf Road also wishes to speak, but only 1 person can. Terry to ask if Beehive car park can be used that evening.

Can regard as a victory if 7-7, designated route and no abnormal loads, conditions as previous.

c) Neighbourhood panel introductory meeting last night; opinion was well worth taking to the next stage with public meetings; will write or visit school heads, landowners, businesses etc. Decide on detail later, need LDF documents related to East Thurrock, can include as much or little detail as required.

7Councillors Report, Shane Hebb

Raleigh Road crumbling wall and shrubs to be cleaned up, 3rd owner in a last few years.

December full of nice things; "Slow" road markings installed in Billet Lane by Kynoch Court; Wooden railings installed in Hardie Road; am no longer in planning, am now in Health & Social care.

Alan, roadside verge in Butts Lane being churned up by parked cars.

Tracy, Levitt Road by Rainbow Store; mud so thick have to go in the road to get past where cars parking.

Council have approved free parking permits for Grays and Stanford; but cost £66 if a 3 car household.

8Treasurers Report, Jackie Robe

Bank account holds £6193.99. No change from December.
