The Court further orders Conciliation and for the parties to meet with Ms. Napue at
the time the hearing was originally scheduled on March 6, 2001 at 1:30 p.m. Counsel
agree that the statutory notice was not given to the Respondent by the Petitioner prior
to moving the children out of Kansas. The Court pointed out that unless there is a
legitimate excuse for the failure to give notice, such failure is a contempt of Court and
subject to payment of reasonable attorney fees and other expenses pursuant to K.S.A.
