The papers are preferably to be submitted in Microsoft Word and/or Microsoft PowerPoint.
Registration fee for one delegate is RUR 23,600 inclusive of VAT (non-residents: EUR 675).
Any second or further delegate from the same participating company is allowed a 10% discount.
Registration fee does not include hotel accommodation.
If you apply for several delegates, please fill in the registration form separately for each delegate (using photocopy of the blank form).
ADMINISTRATION DETAILS
Date: 17th December 2008
Venue: Congress Centre, House of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI RF), 6, Ilyinka Street, Moscow.
Conference languages: Russian and English, with simultaneous translation.
Registration fee covers attendance at all sessions with simultaneous Russian-English translation, conference lunch, coffee breaks, information package, complete set of speeches in printed or electronic version.
Documentation. Each delegate will receive at the Conference a package of documents containing the agenda of the Conference and printed speeches (or abstracts) kindly submitted by the speakers before the beginning of the Conference.
The complete set of speeches will be published in the Russian language and sent, no extra payment, to all delegates within two months after the event (either posted in a hard copy, or e-mailed, or posted on a CD ROM, at the delegate's option).
Delegates may cancel their registration and receive a refund of fees paid less 20% thereof (service charge) provided that they notify the organisers (ASM Holding) prior to 30th November 2008.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the Conference in case of unforeseen circumstances and, in such event, ASM Holding will make a full refund of any registration fee.
