Registration Fee Cancellation policy:

Cancellations and/or changes should be made in writing exclusively to Grupo Pacifico.

- For the cancellations received before April 1st, 2011, there will be no cancellation charges less 50,00 Euros per room cancelled as handling fee.Any cancellation received after April 1st 2011 will apply a cancellation fee of 100% of the total of the stay.Please note that there will be no refunds considered in case of session

cancelations or changes in the final program. Please note that all appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

Hotel Cancellation policy and “no –show”:

Cancellations and/or changes should be made in writing exclusively to Grupo Pacifico.

- For the cancellations received before February 25th 2011, there will be no cancellation charges less 50,00 Euros per room cancelled as handling fee. Cancellations

received from February 26th and March 15th, one night will be charged as cancellation fees. Anycancellation received after March 15th2011 will apply a cancellation

fee of 100% of the total of the stay.

Please note that all appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

No shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 09.00 AM on the following day, and the full payment will not be refundable. The hotel is enabled to charge the total amount of the whole stay.
