Gersum 22s 6d paid Margaret Foster widow holds one messuage and
to Anthony Dale the land appertaining to the same in the same place
by the lord’s warrant during her widowhood and
renders per annum 15s

He owes Richard Foster holds by the lord’s warrant dated
Gersum 115s 10 July 10 Eliz for the term of his life etc one
whereof he has messuage with the appurtenances. And it yields per
paid 52s 6d. And annum at the feast aforesaid; 15s
he owes 52s 6d.

John Foster son of Richerd Fostee Deceased haith taken of the said Commissioners one mess one laithe one turfhouse one little house one garden one close lyinge at the field yeate of the estimacon five acres one Close called Cocket by est two acres with the apptnnce now in the ten of Margaret Foster his mother of the rent of 15s To have and hold and Paying for his fyne £10. 10s.
Provydett that the said John shall pmtt and suffer the said Margarett his mother to occupie the hole pmsses for the terme of 11 yeares from the annunciation of our Ladie next and after the third pte thereof during her widowhood.

All that one messuage, farm or tenement, with appurtenances, lying at Field Yate in G aforesaid, then in his tenure, of the old annual rent of 15s,
And all houses etc, Except etc,
To hold for 6000 years without impeachment of waste,
Yielding 15s rent per annum at Martinmas and Pentecost equally,
And for Moore Rent 3s 7¼d at Michaelmas only,
With like reservations, covenants and conditions as before.
