AT VETTINER PARK - MARY DELL RD
(From Hurstbourne Pkwy & Taylorsville Rd,) Take Taylorsville road east to Waterson Trail
Turn right on Waterson Trail go 2 blocks
Turn left on Billtown rd, go 2 miles
Turn left on Mary Dell to Vettiner Park
From Snyder Freeway take Billtown Rd exit, go north 2 miles turn right on Mary Dell Rd.
IMPORTANT: PARKING IS LIMITED

We will be using hytek computerized scoring system. All schools must use Hytek to e-mail their complete roster to

It (plus step by step instructions) is located in the left hand column. You will also need an event file. Get that at KTCCCA.org under 2009 Cross Country schedule. E-mail your entry file by Tuesday Sept 8th.

Note: Hytek your complete roster. You will only be charged for the kids running that day.
ENTRY FEES
$2.00 per runner or $80 (max) per school with 40 or more total runners.
Entry fees will be collected the day of the race. (Make check payable to St Edward )
AWARDS
1ST 2ND & 3RD place team trophies for all races.
Individual awards in each race: top 5 receive trophies, medals for 6th - 20th place.
Ribbons to everyone who finishes.
RACES Top 4 score
6:00PM -- 4th Gr & under GIRLS ……… ½ MILE
6:15PM -- 4th Gr & under BOYS…… ½ MILE
6:30PM 5TH & 6TH GRADE GIRLS…… 1 MILE
6:45PM -- 5TH & 6TH GRADE BOYS……. 1 MILE
7:00PM -- 7TH & 8TH GRADE GIRLS…… 1 ¼ MILE
7:15PM -- 7TH & 8TH GRADE BOYS 1 ¼ MILE
RULES
Runners must run in their grade level (no running up)
Top 4 from each team score. 1 team per school in each race (unlimited runners)
