14 MORE TO JAIL OVER SIX DAYS
Fourteen subjects were arrested on charges ranging from misdemeanor to felony over a six-day period, April 19 to 24.
Those taken into custody by the La Salle County Sheriff’s Office, the Cotulla City Patrol, the Encinal Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, with arrest times listed at booking in the county jail, are as follows:
Graciela M. Alvarado Garza, 27, of Laredo; arrested 8:10 p.m. Tuesday, April 19 by the Sheriff’s Office; Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana; released on bond after six hours.
Roberto Inez Miranda, 62, of Bastrop; arrested 3:34 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 by the Cotulla City Patrol; warrant from La Salle District Court, felony indecency with a child by sexual contact; remains in jail as of Monday, April 25.
Paul Max Gutierrez, 23, of Cotulla; arrested 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 by the Cotulla City Patrol; warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failing to maintain financial responsibility; court-ordered release after 23 hours.
Jesus Generoso Rocha, 27, of Laredo; arrested 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 by the Cotulla City Patrol; warrant from Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace for failing to comply with an order to appear in court; released on bond after one day.
Ramon Arizola III, 33, of Cotulla; arrested 2:04 a.m. Thursday, April 21 by the Sheriff’s Office; Class A misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury in family violence; released on bond after eight hours.
Alejandro Javier Cedillo, 20, of Laredo; arrested 3:39 a.m. Thursday, April 21 by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in Webb County for Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana; remains in jail as of Monday, April 25.
Krystal Deanna Nieto, 26, of Cotulla; arrested 9:35 p.m. Friday, April 22 by the Sheriff’s Office; Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana; released on bond after 12 hours.
Manuel Enrique Morales-Garcia, 31, of San Antonio; arrested 3:05 a.m. Saturday, April 23 by the Texas DPS; state jail felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; remains in jail as of Monday, April 25.
Jasmine Martinez, 21, of San Antonio; arrested 3:05 a.m. Saturday, April 23 by the Texas DPS; warrant issued in Bexar County for larceny theft up to $500; remains in jail as of Monday, April 25.
Cesar Antonio Adams Jr., 21, of Encinal; arrested 4:40 a.m. Saturday, April 23 by the Encinal Police Department; misdemeanor public intoxication; released on bond after 14 hours.
Billy Loe Rodriguez, 33, of Cotulla; arrested 2:02 a.m. Sunday, April 24 by the Sheriff’s Office; Class B misdemeanor criminal mischief with damages up to $650, and Class C misdemeanor assault; released on bond after 20 hours.
Rolando R. Martinez, 44, of Cotulla; arrested 11:48 a.m. Sunday, April 24 by the Texas DPS; warrant issued in Frio County for failure to appear in court on a charge of not paying child support; remains in jail as of Monday, April 25.
Sidney Elizavette Flores, 23, of Cotulla; arrested 8:56 p.m. Sunday, April 24 by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in La Salle County for violating a promise to appear in court to face a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license; released on bond after three hours.
*Addendum: Julio Cesar Chavez, listed as still in jail Wednesday, April 19 on a drug possession charge, was released by order of the court after two days, April 21.
