HOUSE RULES:
Guests are expected to treat our home with the same respect they would theirs. In as much as we have done everything to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests, we have no control of the weather conditions, the monkeys nor the resident Ghekkos or their natural behaviours. It is best not to feed the monkeys or kill the Ghekkos.

On arrival, you will be issued with house keys together with a remote control for the front gate. Please ensure that the gate is kept closed at all times. This is for your security as well as the safety of pets on the property.
Arrival time is after 2pm and departure time is strictly by 8:30am. Should this not be adhered to, without prior arrangements being made, we reserve the right to charge an additional day.
Each unit has all the usual amenities. The DSTV has commercial channels only (Mnet, movies and sport). We do not have a dishwasher or washing machine for guests to use. We do not supply towels. The units are serviced on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but no ironing service is available, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Smoking inside the apartments is not permitted under any circumstances whatsoever.
No littering, including cigarette butts, is permitted. Garbage is to be disposed of in the black bins provided.
Drunken, disorderly, unruly, unsafe, aggressive and offensive behaviour as well as loud music will not be tolerated.
Should these house rules not be obeyed, we reserve the right to request the guests to vacate our property with immediate effect, and by signature hereto the guest agrees to do so.
By signature hereto, the holiday guest indemnifies the owner of the property, and its employees and associates, against any loss, damage or injuries suffered by the guest or any other occupiers during the period.
