It is my privilege to write a letter of recommendation for Mr. Aires Rodrigues. I am a Cuban nationaland a happily married man with a Cuban wife, Yeline, and a son, Abelito. I have been living and working in South Africa as a Civil Engineer since 2011.
Ifirst met Aires towards the middle of 2013after a referral from a Cuban friend and when I needed assistance with my SA Immigration (Home Affairs – DHA) paperwork. Aires made himself available at short notice and was more than willing to assist me, which brought me peace of mind at the time. He assisted with the whole process of my SA Work Visa,i.e. from the initial advice, whilst preparing letters, submitting my SA Police Clearance, completing my online application, document checking, scheduling appointments, and finally following up constantly with SA Immigration DHA to expedite the outcome.
I engaged Aires’ services again in 2014 to deal with an urgent appeal against DHA’s decline of my Work Visa renewal application. He literally dropped everything to start dealing with the necessary work right away and finally submitted a strong, thorough, most professional and technically sound Appeal application. Aires’ amazing intervention in those sensitive and stressful times brought me great relief.
Mr. Rodrigues came to my aid yet again earlier this year, this time to assist and guide my family and I with our Permanent Residence applications. He really went out of his way to ensure we submitted thorough and concise applications by going over all the required documentation, letters and online applications and other processes. He met with me at short notice and after working hours and week-ends to ensure our applications were submitted in good time. He even took special care in being present whilst we submitted our applications at VFS. We are eternally grateful to Aires for all he did.
During my dealings with Mr. Rodrigues, he has proved to be the most effective, knowledged, professional, thorough, versatile, and seriousImmigration specialistthat I have ever met and dealt with. His knowledge of the Immigration, Refugee and other laws, not only of South Africa but also internationally, is most impressive and helpful to his clients, like us.
