Dear artists, dear exhibitors,
In 2019 our Tattoo-Convention will take place as usual in an informal and easy going atmosphere at affordable prices. We would like to invite you.
Prices are graded in booth and catering, they will take place as last year. Important: Accordingto the latest regulations piercing is no longer allowed at a tattoo- booth (only one artist per booth), if you want to offer both services, you’ll need a second booth. In tattoo booth piercing is not allowed anymore. Hauptsmoor hall is opened for visitors on Saturday from
11.00 am to 12.00 pm and on Sunday from 11.00 am to 8.00 pm. Exhibitors and Artist can fit outtheir booth already both days at 9.30 am. (Changes only after prior agreement)
Like we had offered last year, there will be a variety of programs organized: martial arts, body-painting and several other great shows. The Highlight of the Convention is the Tattoo-Contest each evening.
We also offer childcare on demand and a copier for free of charge for the exhibitors.
If you are interested, please send in your application and a deposit of 50 % of the total amount by February 28th 2019 at the latest. After prepayment you will get an invoice. Bevor teh Convention there will be the second bill for final payment. Without payments (proof of prepayment until 28.2.2019) there will be no reservation. Later apllications will be confirmed only after payment,too. Any Cancellation hast o be done in written form at latest 4 weeks before convention and hast to be confirmed by organiser.
Important for equipment traders: The area for stands for selling equipment is limited, so weneed your application as early as possible.

We offer a shuttle service for free for all who choose the total package. The shuttle will take you from the hotel to the hall 2 hours before the event opens, and back daily.Send your binding application until February 28th 2019. The deposit will not be paid back, except in case of severe illness or higher power. There are no other agreements. Changes or additions need to be made in written form.
