SPECIFICATION AND APPLICATION FORM

Application Requirements

1.The applications will be done between January 01st-March 01ST2018

2.People, who want to attend to the festival, should post or deliver by hand the following documents mentioned below.

Application Form

1snapshot photo (name and surname should be written on the back)

The copy of the Identity Card

Music notes of the pieces which will be played

Bank receipt

3.The participation fee is 125 TL and the competitors must deposit the participation fee before March 01ST,2018 to the account of PERA MÜZİK GARANTİ BANKASI GALATASARAY ŞUBESİ IBAN:TR47 0006 2000 0680 0006 6864 24

4.The list of the participants will be published on website starting 04 April, 2018. No changes will be made after 11th April, 2018.

5.Competitors must appear with their concert costume on the scene.4 hands piano pieces can be played at the festival.

6.While preparing the List of Participants, the priority will be given to the participants coming from outside Istanbul for the weekend.

7.The participants who come from other cities are financially responsible for their own transport and accommodation expenses

8.The copyrights of all photos and videos taken during the festival belong to Pera Fine Arts.

9.At the end of the festival “A certificate of participation” will be given to all participants and trainers.

IMPORTANT NOTES!

* The application form must be filled completely.

* The duration of the pieces that will be played should be written clearly in the application form.

* Application will not be taken into consideration if there are Incomplete documents

*Only delays in the mail will be excepted.

*There will be no amendments made after11th April, 2018

*Teachers should give information about the plan (taking place in the same session or at different times on the same day) for Students that will attend as a group

* Even when there is more than one applicant, every application should have a seperate file (The Festival and competition applications and sibling applications should be delivered seperately)

*The participant who is late for his/her announced hour group, will be added to the end of the next group.
