Exhibitors Conference Schedule

Try to arrive early enough on Thursday afternoon so you have time to relax before the Wine Social on Thursday night. This event is provided especially for our Exhibitors and provides an informal opportunity for our conference attendees to get acquainted with you. The event features Nebraska White Wines and there will be plenty of “heavy appetizers “to eat. You won’t need supper after this one.

NOTE: NO setup allowed until Thursday late evening (after 8:00pm)

Setup begins at 7:00am

Exhibits officially open at 11:00am (Please be ready by 10:30am)

Show open from 11:00am to 1:00pm

Show open at afternoon break from 3:15 to 3:45pm

Show open from 4:30pm to 6:30pm (Nebraska Red Wine Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall)

Early Bird Show from 8:00am to 8:45am

Morning break from 9:30 to 10:00 am

Lunch and Exhibit Hall open from 11:30pm to 1:30pm (grazing lunch will be held in the exhibit hall)

Trade Show closes at 1:30pm (Displays must be out of Exhibit Hall by 3:00pm)

NOTE: The Grand Finale of the Conference will be the Gala Awards/Recognition Banquet on Saturday night (cost is not included in your exhibitor registration). Please join us so we can recognize your support of our industry.

NOTE: These times reflect specific tradeshow hours built into the conference schedule. Tradeshow exhibit hall will be open for attendees all day Friday (10:00am to 6:30pm) and Saturday (8:00am to 1:30pm) even during other scheduled events.
