This survey is vital to allow NHS Clinical Commissioners to understand how relationships between NHS England and CCGs are developing at this early stage, so that improvements can be made where needed. We are very keen to speak to you and would appreciate it if you could spare a little time to answer a few questions over the phone for us. The questionnaire should take around 15 minutes to complete and includes 20 questions. Your responses to this survey will be used for research purposes, in order to help improve the vital relationships between NHS England and CCGs. The results of this research will not be directly attributed to you, however it may be possible to identify you from your responses.[K2] They will be reported back to NHS Clinical Commissioners as anonymous statistics together with the other CCGs within your area team footprint or your specialised commissioning area team footprint. NHS Clinical Commissioners will share the findings with NHS England to help them identify where relationships could be improved.
