Sales experience provided me with several years refining and perfecting my personal contact skills with people from various levels of working situations.

The experience gained in the petroleum industry, while in the Barnett Shale, was received under the specific direction of Travis Goss (Crew Chief), whom has in excess of 30 years experience within the petroleum industry. I was primarily responsible for creating abstracts for Drill site Title Opinions. I also worked closely with my Assistant Crew Chief on critical and time constricting projects. I’ve discovered that I thrive on the challenge these projects possess. Further, my responsibilities as a Landman included assigning portions of the project, creating runsheets, training team members, utilizing the abstract plant fully, creating flowcharts, creating maps, researching heirs of mineral owners, leasing mineral owners, and ensuring deadlines were met. Throughout my career, I have been driven to excel in teamwork, paying careful attention to detail, work ethic and professionalism, and quality of work. I feel that with these three skills anything is possible and everything can be accomplished. This comes in extremely well when a two-week deadline is given to you. I thrive on a challenge. I am very good at researching the extended heirs of mineral/surface owners, and I am very good at speaking with landowners.

I also periodically volunteer my time to assist the elderly with household duties and everyday challenges that are required in daily activity, and tutor younger children when time is able.
