It is 11th Street Veterinary Hospital’s policy that all boarding pets are to receive a Capstar upon admission. It is also required that any past due vaccinations, fecal tests and applicable treatments be performed, as needed. These procedures are an additional cost at the owner’s expense. These policies are in place for the safety of your pet, as well as the other animals in our facility. All services must be paid for at the time of discharge.
