Papers should be written in MS/Word format and not exceed four (4) pages.

2.1 Figure and Table Instructions(Calibri, 10 dpi, italics, fully justified)

Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively as they are presented (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, etc. and Table 1, Table 2, etc.).Figure and table dimensions should not exceed 14cm in width. Figure captions should be placed below the figure; also be in 10dpi Calibri font and the text fully justified.

Before and after every figure/table, a 10dpi space should be inserted to separate them from the text.

Submission Instructions

Authors are requested to submit their paper electronically through the online submission form.Papers must be submitted in electronic form onlyto the Organizing Committee before the 15th November, 2014 in any Microsoft Word for Windows format version.

Review process

Submitted papers will be reviewed by two referees. A third referee will review the paper, in case one of the two original referees rejects it. Authors will be informed on the outcome of the review process at the latest on January 15th, 2015. Authors will be required to send their revised and final submissions until February 15th, 2015. Please also include a detailed response to reviewers, stating how you dealt with their comments.

Publishing process

Papers presented at the 11th Panhellenic Symposium on Oceanography and Fisheries will be posted in PDF format on the symposium website, before, if possible, the launch of the Symposium. For this reason, authors must meet the submission and resubmission dates, to allow the publication of the symposium proceedings to be completed in time.
