AT&T Wireless / Cingular Wireless, Salt Lake City, UT 1994 – Oct. 2005

Accountable for $1 Billion in annual sales and over one million customers. Managed all distribution channels, personnel and performance goals for Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Nebraska (Government, Corporate, Retail Stores, Dealers, Wholesalers and Direct Mail). Channels comprised of over 700 internal employees and hundreds of distribution points. Integrated two divisions, leveraging new technology and organizational efficiencies. Promoted through positions of increasing responsibility, then helped manage the transition/merger with Cingular Wireless.

·  Ranked #1 District in the nation for two consecutive years.

·  Achieved #1 market share growth year-over-year. Expanded company-owned stores from five to 16.

·  Led and directed all aspects of major sponsorship of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.

·  Surpassed goals with 325% subscriber growth and ultimately over 50% adaptation in market penetration.

XEROX Corporation, Montebello, Santa Fe Springs and Irvine, CA 1980 – 1994

Promoted aggressively through positions of increased responsibility. Opened new office and built group from ground up. Implemented automated procedures for administrative, production, and sales departments that resulted in streamlined processes and increased profit margins.

·  Identified, structured and signed the largest-to-date outsourcing contract in the Xerox organization, contributing $11 Million in sales over three-year contract period. This deal opened new possibilities for XEROX and transformed company practices. As a result, offered position as Head Negotiator of $1+ Million deals.

·  Realized the highest customer retention rating in the country for three consecutive years.

·  Secured $13 Million in annual sales, increasing revenue by more than 300% over a four-year period.
