Completed numerous major oil and gas projects for Elexco clients: SOUTHWESTERN ENERGY PRODUCTION COMPANY, ATLAS AMERICA, INC., ATLAS ENERGY, INC., FALCON ENERGY, INC., SENECA RESOURCES, and GREAT LAKES ENERGY PARTNERS, providing supervision, due diligence, training for abstractors and coordination of efforts between broker and clients.
SENIOR LANDMAN - ELEXCO LAND SERVICES, INC. – June, 2001-Present
Bought leases and drafted abstracts, including providing complete land title from Patent to current, researching all property issues, searching Mineral, Oil, Gas and Surface (Mortgage/Mortgage Satisfaction/Releases etc.) interests for thousands of acres in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Michigan and West Virginia as a member of a crew on a deep gas/ horizontal drilling play. Also played a major part in the start-up and completion of a major gas storage field that required creating various Easements, Right-of-Ways and Deeds to obtain the rights needed by Client to complete the Storage field without delay.
ACQUISITION AGENT – DT NET, INC. – 2001
Acquired and to renegotiate existing cellular tower ground leases for American Tower Corporation and was responsible for the Midwest in a nationwide program. Our efforts in purchasing or converting ground leases allowed AmericanTower to capitalized contracts saving the corporation millions of dollars in monthly payments.
LAND AGENT - GREAT LAKESCONSULTANTS, LLC – 2000-2001
Acquired dozens of CellularTower sites as a Site Acquisition Agent in Michigan and worked with third-party vendors of a multi-million dollar cellular tower build for Bechtel Communications and AT&T Wireless.
