10th ATA Telugu Conference and Youth Convention

July 3rd – 5th, 2008

PRU CENTER

New Ark, NJ

The Cultural Committee of ATA 2008, with a great deal of enthusiasm, is planning to present the best program, with nice blend of combination with the talent of children and youth of US borne and raised, recent immigrants and the professional talent from India.

As a part of this attempt to draft, design and develop the package for this grand gala event, the Cultural Committee of ATA 2008 requests all associations in your area to identify and recommend on behalf of each association, the best performing groups, for a potential opportunity to participate in this Mega Event. Members of the Cultural Committee along with you will be happy to further interact with them once they express their interest in presenting the events.

Various Audition Committees, which consist of advisors with professional talent in music, dance etc. and members of the Cultural Committee, will screen all items submitted and come up with the best combination of dance, music and drama items for each of the segment during the conference.

Please note that all items selected will occupy the MAIN STAGE. Taking into consideration of experiences from prior ATA/TANA Conferences, and input from various parents and participants, the Cultural Committee has decided not to conduct children competitions during the day, avoid parallel sessions, and instead to give the best opportunity for each group on the MAIN STAGE itself.

We look forward for your kind cooperation to help us to present one of the best events possible, and we appreciate if you could acknowledge this letter and offer any suggestions.

`

Best regards and with the firm belief that “Together, We Can Make ATA-2008 AS THE BEST FOREVER!”

Cultural Committee – ATA 2008 – Mahesh Saladi, Chairperson
