Special Conditions
1 The supplier's offer should consists of two parts:-
A ) Technical Part
B ) Commercial Part
2 Technical part of the offer should include:
a. Trucks with Compactors brand and origin.
b. Full technical specifications , standard & optional equipment which are offered
with the vehicles.
c. Proof of the compliance to the EU norms & Standards and the homologation to
the Israeli regulations.
d. If the supplier is not an approved and a registered vendor at UNRWA , so
company profile ( Registration ) form should be filled.
e. Signed and stamped the acknowledgement certificate .
f. Technical data sheet includes information about fuel consumption rate
per 100 Km, and the emission rate.
g. Warranty terms, period and coverage. ( In details )
h. After sales service such as :
- Training .
- Spare Parts availability.
- Local dealer / representatives in Wet Bank or Israel.
i. Service maintenance works schedule per mileage.
j. Spare Parts list with Part numbers.

b. Any discounts granted
c. Currency of prices
d. Delivery period from purchase order receipt date.
e. Incoterms used including delivery mode and place
f. Validity of the offer.
g. Spar Parts price list. ( with discount )
h. Maintenance works cost per year.
i. Spare Parts consumption cost per year.
5 UNRWA is exempted from all custom duties taxes, so offered prices should be tax free.
6 UNRWA will pay only after the full registration & Licensing of the Trucks at the Israeli Traffic department and with out any technical issues.
7 That the final contract award is subject to the availability of funds.
8 Commercial offer should include:-
j. Signed and stamped quotation form filled.
