Vijaya Bank, (A Government of India undertaking) Regional Office, Coimbatore, invites sealed bids under 2 bid system from interested parties (who have clear marketable title and also holding commercial license) for letting out their premises on ground floor for opening of Service branch in Coimbatore city limits,as per details given below:

1. The premises should be located in a prominent commercial area.

2. Area required for the leased premises onground floor only measuring about 1200 sq.ft.

3. Interested parties who have clear title of property may submit their offer under 2 covers Super scribed as “TECHNICAL BID” and “PRICE BID” respectively.

4. Technical bid should contain the details of the specification of the premises.

5. Price bid shall contain nothing but rental aspect of the premises without any condition.

6. Cost of the bid amount is Rs.200/- which is non refundable. The amount should be remitted by way of demand draft favouring ‘Vijaya Bank’ and payable at Coimbatore. Demand draft should be enclosed in the Technical Bid.

7. Last date for submission of bid: 07.03.2016 before 11.00A.M

8. Offer of technical bid and price bid submitted in the same cover will not be entertained. It should be submitted in two covers separately. Both the covers should be then put in a single envelope which has to be addressed to us.

9. Priority will be given to the premises offered by Public Sector/Banks/ undertakings/Government Departments.

10. Offer received later than above date and time and/or through the brokers would be rejected.

11. Bank reserves the right to reject any/ all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.

  4. Sufficient two wheeler (10 Nos) and four wheeler parking space.
  5. Regular potable water supply which is required by the bank. Sufficient capacity of sumps/over head tank will also be provided.
  6. Additional load of electricity 30 KVA with three phase to be provided by incurring the expenditure to obtain such additional electricity load failing which the bank is at the liberty to incur such expenditure on behalf of the owner which shall be recovered from out of the rent payable to the landlord.
  7. Provide collapsible gate, rolling shutter on outer door, grills on windows and ventilators on outer wall.
  8. Repair work of the premises will be done by me/us.
  9. Whitewashing/colour washing of the premises will be done at my own cost once in two years.
  10. Execute the lease as per bank’s format.

  12. During the pendency of lease, bank has got the option to vacate the premises by giving one month’s notice.
