Notes:

1. The modified lysines were represented bythe lowercase “k” in the amino acid sequences.

2. N, I, and C represent the N-terminus (within the first 50 amino acids), internal segment, or the C-terminus (within the last 50 amino acids) of a protein.

3. The empty columns in“IB tested cell lysate” and “Detected MW(kD)” indicated that no clear bands were observed.

4. The quality of the antibodies was evaluated by immunoblotting analysis.

5. HepG2-UV represents the UV treated HepG2 cells after 24 h starvation with DMEM containing 0.5% FBS.
