Sealed and superscribed percentage rate tenders are invited only from the reputed firms / contractors registered under appropriate class with Government / Semi Government Department and who have executed works of like nature and value under single contract during last three years .

a) NAME OF WORK : Providing services for maintenance of polish of furnitures and for maintenance by repairing and repainting in Company’s offices and guest houses in Mumbai area i.e. Honkong Bank Building, Dharavi Office, Prakashgad, Bandra and Guest houses at Bandra Reclamation, Bandra Kurla Complex and Dadar (b) Estimated Cost : Rs. 16,17,757=00 (c) E.M.D. Rs. 19,680=00 (d) Time Limit : 12 Months (e) Tender Cost : Rs.3,000=00 per copy.
Interested firms/ agencies are requested to obtain tender documents by submitting an application alongwith attested true copies of certificates of similar works carried out by them during last three years, not less than estimated cost specified above in single contract alongwith Provident Fund Number, E.S.I.C. Registration, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and Solvency Certificate of minimum 20% value of tender value issued by Scheduled Bank in the office of the Superintending Engineer(C), Estate Management & Civil Construction Cum Maintenance Circle, Prakashgad, Ground floor, Bandra (E), Mumbai-51. The right to relax any of the pre-qualification conditions for issue of tender form is kept reserved with the undersigned. Tender documents will be issued to the Competent tenderers only on cash payment of non refundable tender cost stated above during 14.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. from 20.9.2007 to 28.9.2007. Tender sent by post / courier will not be entertained.
The completed tender documents will be received in above said office alongwith the E.M.D. in cash or in the form of Demand Draft of any nationalised Bank situated in Mumbai, payable in favour of M.S.E.D.Co.Ltd. on 29.9.2007 upto 14.30 Hrs. Tenders will be opened if possible on same day at 15.00 hrs. in the presence of such tenderers who desire to remain present.
The right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever is reserved.
