We transformed the two candidate genes SbWRKY and SbTATA from genetically-dominant S. propinquum BAC YRL20H16 into recessive non-shattering sorghum cultivar Tx430, each construct including coding sequences and about 1 kb of 5`- and 3`- flanking sequences.
