  1. Earn additional income for short courses or poster presentations (optional). Bookings are arranged by the instructor at his/her convenience. All paperwork must be channeled through the ROTS office to award CEUs.

  • SMHP Certified Instructors will have permission to decrease the length of the presentation to fit time requirements, as needed.
  • Disclosure statement must be signed promising not to download the slides onto someone else’s computer.
  • Opening slide may be edited to include his/her name and credentials along with that of Dr. Beverly Moskowitz, DOT MS OTR/L FAOTA.
