Dear client,

As you are aware from the several mailings you have received, pending regulatory approval, we are anticipating that your Pershing account will transfer to Signator Investors, Inc. (Signator) sometime in May 2016, as part of our broker dealer change from Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. (TFA) to Signator. Therefore we want to highlight some important upcoming changes to your Pershing account(s):

You will receive a New Account Number with Signator.
In early May, you will receive a Welcome Letter from Pershing LLC with your New Account at Signator referenced. Your assets are anticipated to transfer to the new account mid-May.
You will receive a May statement from Pershing on your TFA account reflecting the assets transferring out, and you will receive a monthly statement from Pershing with your assets transferring to your account with Signator. If your May TFA statement does NOT reflect an ending balance of Zero ($0.00) we anticipate you will receive one shortly after.
You may receive 1099s and other tax statements from both firms (to be delivered in 2017).
Statements, confirms and other correspondence issued by Pershing on your TFA account after May 16th, will be sent to you in paper format at no charge.
Online Access: If you are currently enrolled in online access for your Pershing account(s):
Your ID and password will remain the same for both your TFA account and your new Signator account.
However the link to access your accounts will change to:
To access the “new” accounts with Signator, please enter NLT in the financial organization field.

You can use 4H8 in the financial organization field to access the “old” accounts with TFA for up to 3 months following the transition to access account information, history, and documents.
The old link of tfa.transamerica.com/client may no longer be available after the May 16th transition date.
If you are already enrolled in the e-delivery service, your e-delivery options will transfer to your account at Signator, and e-delivery of statements, confirms, and other communication will be sent from:

The process for resetting your password will remain in place, and will also apply when you sign in to your account on an unrecognized computer.

Please note, we have been notified by Pershing they will be performing testing on their account platforms, including their client site, NetXInvestor, beginning Saturday, May 14th at 9pm ET through Sunday, May 15th at 5pm ET. During this time you will not have access to your accounts.
