Welcome to our Go Diamond Group - I am so excited for you all to be in this group and stepping up to the challenge. Congratulations, you have all agreed to the criteria and are committed to doing the activity required to move your business forward - Please read through again and if you are unsure about any area then please talk it through with me - I would rather you NOT START at this point in time if you feel you cannot commit to doing the do. It is important to the group as a whole that each one of us is committed to making it work. Your commitment to doing the activity and being held accountable will inspire the group as much as not doing it will be detrimental. So I make no apologies that this is a strict, dedicated regime, as it is really just the basics of building your business to manager and beyond.

Here's the "commitments"

1) Have a clear WHY for 1 year and beyond

  • It must be written in the present tense and dated.
  • Have a clear vision in your mind and on paper. i.e. vision board, vision statement and even a recording.
  • Share your vision and goals with the group

2) Know the basics

  • Be able to hold you own launch party and help your team with theirs doing a minimum of one a month personally.
  • Know how to deliver and collect a PUPP
  • Be able to do your own 121
  • Be able to present the BP
  • Be 4cc active (by end of second month if not already)

3) Share the Forever message

  • Agree to do a number of contacts per day that you can do and stick to it. It needs to be at least 3 but the closer to 10 the better. However better to commit to a number and do it than overwhelm yourself. You can increase.
  • Use the Facebook Prospect Worksheet to grow your contacts daily
  • Post evidence of your contacts on the FB group every day ie screen shots of messages

4) Be Accountable

  • Complete the activity tracker for the past week and send to your manager Sunday evening
  • Complete a 7 day plan for the coming week and send to your up line manager Sunday evening.
  • Keep your pipeline updated

5) Training and Development

  • Commit to attending your local BP regularly, minimum once a month
  • Attend Success Days
  • Commit to doing mindset work i.e. blueprints, positive affirmations and reading 10 pages of a book or listening to CD's every single day
  • Plug into all webinar trainings or watch recordings
  • Promote events into your team
  • Take part in team sizzles and webinars
  • Share testimonial at BP’s whenever asked – Be ready
  • Learn how to present the slots

6) Keep connected

  • Connect once a week with your up line manager – it’s your responsibility to book the session
  • Commit to posting inspirational and aspirational posts on the group every single day
  • Be open to sharing ideas of how to improve how we do things within the group

7) Attitude

  • Dress like a Diamond
  • Walk like a Diamond
  • Talk like a Diamond

If you have any issuesplease speak with your up line manager - please make it a DIAMOND rule not to “bad seed”crossline or down line - any concerns should be voiced up line!!!

The group is forany FBOs at any level wanting to move up but you must be 4cc active by the end of the second month, and then we will start the 5 month to manager plan.

For your own good I will not be chasing people up for the forms and plans. Diamonds areself motivated

People will be asked to leave the group if they do not keep up with the commitments, as that will mean they are not ready to fly yet, but they will be very welcome to come back whenready.
