Pursuant to Article 58 of Russian Federation Civil Code; clause 1, article 37 of Federal Act No. 178-ФЗ “State and municipal property privatization” dated December 21, 2001; clause 1.1 of the By-laws; JSCo “Ryazan State Instrument-making Enterprise” is a universal legal successor of all rights and obligations of FSUE “Ryazan State Instrument-making Enterprise”.
