1. Enter the Plicbooks Parent/Guest Uploader Link Into Your Browser

Hello Parents:

This year, MSES is using a new Yearbook software program called PlicBooks. It is very different but I think it will be a great change from years past. I also think that the uploading process is much easier and faster. Below are the instructions on how to upload your class photos to the yearbook. Thank you for your help!

Please use the link below to upload photos to the yearbook. If you are experiencing issues, make sure you are using Google Chrome as your server.

1. Enter the PlicBooks Parent/Guest Uploader Link into your browser:

2. Once page loads, click “Upload Your Photos”.

**Very important!! ALBUM TAG: Just above the green “Upload Your Photos” button, there is a box for you to add a title to the pictures you are about to add. Label the file “Event_Grade_Teacher”.

Example: CrazyHatDay_4_Martin

*If you don’t label the pictures, I won’t know where they belong in the yearbook and will not be able to use them.

3. Once you click “Upload Your Photos”, you will be asked to select them from your computer files. Select the pictures you wish to upload. **IMPORTANT: Please add pictures for ONE EVENT at a time. For example, don’t add pictures for Crazy Hat Day for Mrs. Martin with pictures from the Holiday Party for Mrs. Roth.

4. The Upload Status will appear, letting you know how many pictures you have selected for upload. Click “Start Uploading”.

5. Status will now say “Upload Finished”.

6. You are done! If you wish to upload more photos, simply refresh the link in your browser to start again.
