4.) Do you have access to make changes to this site? Contact with current/past web designer?
5.) What do you want to improve or change from the existing site?
6.) Do you have a logo?
7.) Do you have a documented CVI (Corporate Visual Identity)? Or a set of design elements or design examples that serve this purpose? (if not, do you have a catalog, brochure, etc that you like the look of?) Are you hoping to establish, better establish or change this in any way?
8.) Do you have a domain? If not, do you know what you want? Who will register domain and handle hosting setup?
9.) Are there any website you like/dislike and why?
10.) What is your timeline and does it coincide with any product launch or event?
11.) What is the goal of this site? And what kind of site (ie. Brochure, blog, ecommerce, etc.) are you looking for?
12.) What is the main message/communication goal?
13.) Ho w many pages will you need initially and do you need scalability?
14.) Are there any special features or functionalities you need now or may need in the future?
15.) Do you have an opinion about mobile sites, and do you want one?

17.) Is your content ready? If not, when will it be ready and will you require any assistance with this (photography, writing, etc.)

21.) Who are the stakeholders/decision makers/point people? Is there an agreement about issues of design/message/functionality or will there be issues to work through?
22.) Who will do the updates/maintenance? Do you have a skilled (html, css, etc.) person in-house to make updates or will you need a web designer? How often will updates need to be made? Are you familiar with a CMS? Is this something you would like to explore?
