1.Consultant to the Minister of International Cooperation

December 2004- May 2005

Conducting two Training programs on project management, project appraisal and Evaluation, financial management, and negotiation skills to selective staff of The Ministry of International Cooperation and of other Ministries. For this purpose, a volume titled ” Financial Management and Negotiation Skills for Project Analysis” was prepared including case studies, workshops, problems solving, and lessons to be learned.

Responsibilities

Preparing reports based on consultations for Monitoring USAID-DSPII Plan.

Undertaking Studies & Research Work on Economic Policy, System Reforms, and Assessment of Egyptian Laws.
