INFORMATION

1. Conference Fees and Registration:

Delegate Registration Fee:

All delegates $ 700.00.

All registrations are subject to 5% GST, unless your board/commission is GST/HST exempt.

GST/HST Exemption number must be provided to receive exemption.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund of conference registration fees, less $100 administration fee, will be available until August 12, 2016. Following that date, we are unable to refund conference fees. Substitutions are permissible at any time.

2. Partners’ Program:

Partner Fee (includes Partners’ Program and all other meals and social events with delegates).

All partner registrations are subject to 5% GST:

Partners: $200.00

5% GST 10.00

$210.00

Registered partners will be able to participate in all social events with delegates, including meals. There will be a moderate amount of walking, although not difficult walking – but wear comfortable shoes. Details of the Partners’ Program follow:

Winnipeg Zoo & Leo Mol Gardens Tour

At over 80 Acres in size and 200+ animals, the Winnipeg Assiniboine Park Zoo has been internationally recognized for excellence. The zoo tour will include a visit to the “Journey to Churchill” exhibit…to visit the numerous polar bears. Following lunch, attendees will tour the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden.

Manitoba Museum and Winnipeg Art Gallery Tours


The Manitoba Museum is Manitoba’s largest heritage collection. The tour will include visiting the Nonsuch, a full-size 17-century sailing vessel, which is located within the building. Following lunch, attendees will tour Winnipeg Art Gallery.

3. Accommodations and Venue:

The venue for the conference is the Inn at the Forks, 75 Forks Market Rd, Winnipeg, Manitoba. A block of rooms is being held at the Inn at the Forks, at a rate of $216 per night (not including taxes).

Reservations may be made by telephone at 204-942-6555 or 1-877 – 377-4100. If calling by telephone, use “CAMPUT (or) # 166986” as the block code.

These rooms will be held until August 11, 2016.

All daytime events (other than the partners’ program and optional tours), registration, breakfasts and lunches will be held in the hotel. The dress code for all events is business casual.

Weather: The weather in Winnipeg in mid-September is typically very pleasant. The evenings may be cool, so bring a sweater and light jacket.
