1. Area of Interests and Research Career:

1) Fabrication and size control of high-quality 2D nanostructure materials (Graphene, TMDCs, and h-BN)

High yields of defect-free graphene (df-G) and h-BN and size control by using Top-down exfoliation system.

Quantum dots based on TMDCs and graphene (from blue to red)

Mechanical exfoliation of graphene and synthesis of graphene by chemical vapor deposition

Dispersion, size control of defect-free graphene and graphene oxide

Transparentflexible conducting thin film by using modified Langmuir Blodgett assembly.

Substrate-free transfer of 2D nanomaterials.

2) Synthesis of graphene & TMDCs based nanostructure and application in electrical energy storage

Synthesisof anode electrode through combination between organic (Graphene) and inorganic materials (Metal oxides and Silicon) and its assessment.

Assessment of graphene or TMDCs (MoS2 and h-BN) based composite as cathode electrode in Li/oxygen and Li/sulfur fields.

Capacitor application.

3)Synthesis of p-type/n-type conjugated polymers (PTB7, PCE10, and NDI (N2200)) and its assessment in organic solar cell

Control of Molecular weight and polydispersity index (PDI) of PTB7 and PCE10 polymers through stille coupling

Assessment of performance in conventional/inverted devices.

Synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles used as electron transport layer.

4) Synthesis of high porosity nanostructure material derived from biomass and its application in electrical environmental fields.

Preparation of carbon with large surface area and its porosity control

Application to capacitor fields

Removal of volatile/hazardous compounds (phenolic and aldehyde)
