1.  All Committees Meeting

a.  February 6th 6:00pm Dinner/7:00pm Meeting

b.  At that time each Committee Chair will present 2014 Goals. All committee members are welcomed and encouraged to attend the meeting and to hear goals presented from all club committees.

c.  Stacy Crawford is our Youth Committee Chair

2.  2014 Youth Goals:

a.  Maintaining a profitable bottom line by keeping costs low.

b.  Improve marketing and promoting Summer Camp at TPC. WE will have more descriptive summer camp brochures, Q & A meeting with members, member awareness emails and word of mouth from the committee members

c.  Youth Committee becomes the voice of the families and to improve the overall experience for the families here at TPC

d.  Have all camps go through one department, the youth department, it will be much easier on the parents to talk to one person and not go through 3 departments for all information

e.  Turn Teen Zone room into a place where the kids can go

1.  Trial period, have a TV, ebox, games, start out oncea week and the room will be supervised. If we get a good response, will charge families a fee per hour (minimal fee)

3.  Kids Night Out are coming back…our first one is on February 14th

4.  Spring Break Camp April 14-18…mini camp from 9-2

5.  Summer Camp 2013 (June 16th to August 15th nine weeks)

a.  Forms will be available February 1st

b.  March 1st (Saturday March 2nd from 9-11) will begin registration-those that attend and without cancelling with receive $50 off-only offered 3/1…March 3rd will continue registration…

c.  Cancellation deadline is May 10th by 4:00pm, there is NO cancellation fee

d.  Week of 4th of July..camp will be Monday-Thursday and will be pro-rated

e.  Prices

1.  2-4 year old summer camp (now going Monday-Friday)

1.  Members $160 (Non-Members are 23% more)

2.  4.5-9 year old summer camp

1.  Members (Non-Members are 23% more)

a.  $365 for no Field Trip Week

b.  $390 for 1 Field trip Week

6.  9-14 Camp will be offered again this summer

a.  3 weeks during the summer (will be offering tennis, swim, water polo, basketball, exploring Tiburon, Field trips)-$450M/$553.50NM

b.  Week 1 June 16-20 Movies

c.  Week 6 July 21-25 ….Sea Treck

d.  Week 8 August 4-8 Six Flags

e.  Field Trips:

Movies (How to train your Dragon 2): (Week 1) June 20th (Friday) Time:TBA

Exploratorium (ages 4.5-9): (Week 4) July 10th (Thursday) Time:TBA

Howarth Park: (Week 7) July 31st (Thursday) Time:TBA

Week 9: Sea Treck (Aug. 12th) Tuesday

f.  We will only be having 2 groups (15 kids) per age group for each week and will start a waitlist if weeks fill up

g.  Staffing-15-18 camp per week..3 counselors per group

h.  Training June 9th-14th Dates are subject to change

1.  Ezra will be coming in again and talking with the staff

2.  All staff will be CPR/First Aid Certified

7.  Other Items Discusses:

a.  Flooring inside Child Care Room and Teen Zone Room-instead of using the flooring that is used in the boys and girls locker room, replace It with a flooring material called Flor (www.flor.com)

b.  Expanding the youth committee with more members.
